Information You Provide During Member Account Creation
When you create a registered Member account through the website, we require that you provide your name, email address, company name, address, website URL (if applicable) and seller’s permit#. We do not sell or authorize selling of our products for resale under any circumstances at this time.

When you purchase a Product through Punsterwear.com, we require that you provide your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and appropriate payment information.
