Information You Provide During Member Account Creation

When you create a registered Member account through the website, we require that you provide your name, email address, company name, address, website URL (if applicable) and seller’s permit#.  We do not sell or authorize selling of our products for resale under any circumstances at this time.

 

Information You Provide When Purchasing Products

 When you purchase a Product through Punsterwear.com, we require that you provide your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and appropriate payment information.

 

Information You Provide When Requesting Assistance

CA Shine The Light / Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we may have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, including the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge.
